**Residential Care Worker - Team Leader (Live out Role)**
42 hours per week - Permanent - Full Time
- Salary £29,959 - £35,134 (Inclusive of NVQ allowance) dependent on experience and qualifications_
The Head of Residential Care is looking for a committed member of staff who can:
- As a Team Leader it is essential that you strive to ensure a high quality of care is maintained and developed within the School & College.
- Support the Head of Residential Care and Operations Managers, ensuring the overall efficiency and effective operation of the Residential Care provision and to ensure the residential service is fully compliant with the National Minimum Care Standards and delivers outstanding outcomes for young people as defined by the Ofsted Social Care Common Inspection Framework.
- As Team Leader you will be responsible for managing a team of Residential Care staff within the College setting with the expectation of taking responsibility for all areas as documented in this job description.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues from all departments and with representatives from those external agencies with whom they come into contact as part of their duties.

NVQ level 3 qualification in Children & Young People Services is essential
