**Job Title**: Finance Oracle Implementation Lead
**Location**: Barton-under-Needwood, Staffordshire
**Duration**: 18 months (FTC)
**Salary**: £70,000 per annum
**Position Summary**:
As the Finance ERP Specialist, you will be the SME (Subject Matter Expert) within Oracle ERP Financial modules.
You will lead the Finance elements of the project whilst understanding and contributing to the other business functions to ensure full alignment at all stages of the project.
You will be involved with Pre-work, Kick-off, Requirements Gathering, Design & Build, Testing, Migration and ultimately the Go-Live process.
You will also ensure conformance to Service Level and Support Agreements, Audit, Security and Compliance standards.
**Key Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Finance Lead and Key Interface with Local Finance Team, IT Project Team and Oracle Core Team
- Significant experience within Oracle ERP specialist functional areas of Core Financials (AP, GL, AR, FA, PA), Sub-Ledger Accounting
- Experience on ERP Implementation Projects in Multi-Org, Multi Currency Instances, Design, Functional Configuration, SIT, UAT Cycles, training and Post Go-Live support
- Participate in analysis and design tasks related to the development and implementation of solution architecture
- Participate in analysis and design tasks related to the development and implementation of solution architecture.
- Create detailed functional design, process flows, build solution, and perform unit testing of solution components
- Post Migration/Go-Live support to ensure quick stabilisation
- Strong Financial / Accounting knowledge and understanding of Accounting Standards and principles. Possibly supported by an Accounting qualification
- Exposure or Knowledge of SOX (Sarbanes Oxley) and its importance to Financial compliance, have worked in environment where SOX was in place
- Strong problem analysis skills with the ability to think creatively about possible problem solutions

**Requirements**:

- Qualified by Experience - Essential
- Professionally qualified (ACA, CIMA, ACCA) - Desirable
Key Skills, Competencies and Personal Attributes:
