Location: Cambridgeshire

Remuneration: £40,000 - £55,000

The role of the Project Manager - HVAC Systems will involve:

- Project Manager position overseeing the installation of a high quality manufactured range of ventilation & air conditioning systems
- Monitoring all site activity; organising all site workers, collating risk assessments and carrying out health and safety checks, and conducting toolbox talks
- Resolving any site issues and ensuring they are liaised with the projects team
- Liaising with clients and providing reports for the project
- Ensuring that works are completed to the drawings, specifications and to the highest standards
- Build and develop key relationships with clients to encourage new business
- Keeping all works moving smoothly and ensuring that project deadlines and budgets are adhered to
- Maintaining good working knowledge of current contracts, acts, and legislation

The ideal applicant will be a Project Manager - HVAC Systems with:

- Must have Project Management experience within the HVAC market sector
- Experience in technical project delivery and management
- Ideally dealt with ventilation products, ventilation systems, heat recovery units, ducting units, air handling units, air conditioning, extract fans, air conditioning, air conditioning units, fans, extractor fans, attenuation units etc
- Must have excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Full UK driving license
- PC literate (Microsoft Office)
- Ideally will have Prince 2 & CSCS card
- Ideally experience in AutoCAD
