Your new company
A fantastic organisation in Brentford are seeking a Customer Care Advisor to join their customer experience function. This role is a 12 month fixed term contract with potential to go permanent. You will be working for a reputable organisation that supportsthe community in a friendly team with lots of training offered.
Your new role
What you'll need to succeed
In order to be successful you must have excellent written and verbal communication skills, be able to deal with challenging queries regarding repairs and maintenance and be immediately available to start a new role with recent experience within a Contact Centreenvironment.
What you'll get in return
In return you will be offered a 12 Month Fixed Term contract with the opportunity to potentially extend or go permanent with a salary of £21,500 - £24,500. Your working hours are Monday to Friday 9-5.30pm with work from home available on a Friday after training.
