Due to growth within the company, an exciting opportunity has arisen for a Sales Administrator to join Vigo Software on a full time, permanent basis, based at our office in Bromsgrove.

If you come from a software background, that will be very beneficial.
This is a key role as you will be supporting the Sales Director so you must have a self-starting, motivating attitude, be flexible and savvy and be able to spot opportunities to increase sales. We also need someone who is able to take control of all the administrativetasks.

**Your new role**
You will be one of the first initial contacts that clients have with Vigo Software, you must have good listening skills, attention to detail and strive to extract as much information from a conversation as possible.
Ideally you will have experience in managing a CRM system, be familiar with Salesforce and come from a B2B SAAS or technology company however, if you feel you can demonstrate your experience in sales administration, customer service and system skills, we wouldlike you to apply.
**Other key duties will include**:
- Identify new sales opportunities
- Chase and prepare quotes
- Maintain and improve the database of prospect clients
- Manage our internal system, ensuring all data is up to date and correct
- Arranging meetings and demos for the Sales Director
**What you will get in return**
You will earn a salary of £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience.
You will work Monday to Friday, 9am - 5.30pm on a 37.5 working hour week, from our office in Bromsgrove.
