**Haulage supervisor needed for Permanent role**

**Heavy Machinery Packaging company based in Leicester (LE5),**

**Days with an early finish on Fridays,**

**salary upto £25,000-30,000 p/a+benefits+overtime available**

**Duties**:

- Supervise x12 staff and utilise their skills to make sure the daily work is completed on the shopfloor
- Delegate daily work and make sure it is complete in a timely and professional manner and use overtime as a tool if required
- Attend senior management meetings
- Ability to multi-task with internal departments
- Train new staff
- Ensuring delivery schedules (strict time lines) are met
- Maintain discipline and keep records of all incidents and occurrences for health & safety reason
- Complete all paperwork and liaise with the office at all times to make sure details are correct before despatch
