**Work as a Teaching Assistant supporting the classroom**

**Teaching Assistant roles available - term time only.**

You would work closely with class teachers (primary school) to provide support for a class of children. The role can be part-time, full-time or as much as your uni schedule can allow

Earn whilst you learn and gain valuable experience in the education industry.

This will be working 8.30 am - 3.15 pm Monday - Friday. Schools are willing to discuss permanent contracts for the right Teaching Assistant.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist the lead teacher in implementing lesson plans and educational activities
- Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment
- Possibility of 1:1 support with SEN child / group work
- Communicate effectively with students, parents, and other staff members
- Collaborate with the lead teacher to assess student progress and adjust teaching strategies as needed
- Assist with classroom management and behavior management techniques

**Requirements**:

- Proactive attitude and a good work ethic
- Hold a Right to Work (UK)
- Provide references

**Salary**: £80.00-£90.00 per day

Expected hours: 8 - 35 per week
