Our West London Hotel in Heathrow is seeking a Front of House Manager to join their team on a permanent basis with a salary of £30,000 - £35,000 on offer with bonuses for achieving critical targets. **What does the role entail?**

Your role as the Front of House Manager will be to lead the hotel team regarding reception and front of-office duties creating a welcoming and environment for all. You will be working alongside the rest of the hotel teams, covering the staff recruitment,and training, ordering, and invoicing, and to foster up and coming talent. You will oversee all aspects of the hotel from the front of house, proving a positive work atmosphere and being the voice of customers for the site. You will also be working on groupbookings, ensuring consistent communication among the teams and making sure to balance operational, administrative and colleague needs. Finally, you will ensure the company acquires, retains, and trains new members of the team to have an optimal happy workforce.
