We're on the lookout for an enthusiastic and motivated Personal Assistant to join our team here at Nucleus. The role will provide support to multiple senior managers and act as a point of contact among executives, employees, clients, and other external partners. By working collaboratively across various teams, you'll have the opportunity to build relationships with a wide range of people, as well as working closely with the three Executive Assistants in the business.
It's a varied role with lots of value-add work to keep you busy, and here are some of the ways you'll spend your time:

- Diary management, including scheduling both internal and external meetings, coordinating schedules, managing diary commitments, and troubleshooting any conflicts that may arise.
- Attending meetings and committees, and carrying out administrative duties, such as documenting minutes, actions and decisions.
- Arranging and coordinating travel and accommodation
- Organising internal and external events such as senior manager offsites, including arranging meeting rooms, catering, etc. as required.
- Administering expenses, raising invoices/purchase requests.
- Answering general enquiries in and any other tasks requested by the business that are deemed as appropriate for this role.

You'll love working with people, thrive in challenging situations and are known for your 'can-do' attitude.
Proactive, flexible, and a real self-starter, you're a pro at anticipating peoples needs and will persevere and use your initiative to get the job done with the best outcome possible.
**We've always placed more importance on cultural contribution above technical ability, but we'd really like you to have/be**:

- Previous experience working as a PA at Senior Management level ideally within financial services companies.
- Organisational skills, ability to multi-task, organise others and manage deadlines.
- Ability to prioritise and manage own workload amid conflicting demands and busy work periods.
- Adequate level in the use of Outlook and strong Microsoft skills essential (including Word, Excel and some knowledge of Power Point).
- Work within a pressurised environment requiring flexibility and adaptability.
- Discretion, diplomacy, and the ability to handle sensitive information in confidence.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills and ability to professionally represent the business
