**What does a successful Customer Service Agent do?**

Unlock your potential as a Customer Service Agent in our telephony-based role

Join our team and showcase your expertise in handling customer queries with accuracy and professionalism.

**What you will do**:
Responsibilities include efficiently managing incoming calls, updating customer accounts accurately, and leveraging technology to provide exceptional service.

**What you will need to have**:

- Previous experience in a customer service role
- Must be willing to be based in office.
- Must be able to start training from the start of August 2024
