To prepare and organise the restaurant for breakfast/dinner service, take orders from guests for their breakfast/dinner requirements, make and serve various food and drink items. Serve breakfast/dinner from the kitchen to the guest, maintain a clean as you go policy at all times. Comply with high service standards and health and food safety requirements. Accurately take and process payments from the guests.
The successful applicant will have had experience in the catering industry as a waiting person/server. Will be self motivated and a good communicator with a warm and friendly disposition.
We are looking for an individual capable of taking on additional responsibility once they have settled in to the role. Such as till reconciliation, running events and functions, taking complete charge of restaurant service and assisting the business owners with ongoing management of the business.
**Job Type**: Permanent
Pay: £7.00-£12.00 per hour
Expected hours: 25 - 40 per week
