**We have an amazing opportunity in Broadstairs for a TraineeTechnicalSupportSpecialist to work for one of our clients. In this role you will be working 37.5 hours Mon-Fri** **Responsibilities**
- Developrelationshipswiththe companyanditsOEMsuppliers
- Once trained you will deliver timely expert 2nd and 3rd line escalationsupportto1stlinesupportorganisationsprofessionally and in accordance with service level agreements
- Fullyunderstandthefunctionalityandcapabilityofallcompany and appointed OEM WFIJ products
- Researchnewtechnologieswithinthecompanyrangetodevelop procedures and training materials
- Establisheffectiveworkingrelationshipsandnetworkswithin the company group Engineering & Application Teams to ensure knowledge and best practice is shared openly.
- Investigateandreportfailuremodecauseandeffect
- Assist with supporting product documentation, training requirementsanddistributionoftechnicalsupportinformation
- Respond to requests for print samples and to carry out demonstrationsofequipmentboth facetofaceand remotely.
- Completevalidationsonnewequipmentandinkranges.
- Identify potential opportunities to improve work processes, tools and systems to streamline workflows
- Supportthedepartmentasneededinspecialprojects

**Skills and Experience**
- Ideallydegreelevelqualificationorsimilar,preferablyinan engineering or scientific discipline
- Ability to communicate technology issues clearly to manager andtheteamwithawarenessofprioritiesanddeterminationto deliver results on time
- Strongverbalcommunicationskillsincludingreportwriting
- Proactive,ambitious,and strongabilityto learnnewthings
- Highlyorganizedanddetailedwithcriticalattentiontodetail and documentation
- FullUKdrivinglicencerequired
