Reporting directly to our Senior Head of Performance, this is the perfect opportunity for a Paid Media Lead to make their mark in one of our fastest growing departments.

**Responsibilities**:

- Leading and implementing paid advertising strategies on platforms such as Google, Meta, Tiktok, X and more to drive awareness and targeted traffic, engagement, and sales
- Conduct thorough research on the target audience, keywords, and competitors to inform campaign strategy and targeting
- Create, launch, and manage paid advertising campaigns across various platforms, making data-driven decisions to optimise performance
- Analyse campaign data regularly, including impressions, clicks, conversions, and cost-per-acquisition (CPA), to identify trends and areas for improvement
- Optimise campaign performance by adjusting ad creatives, targeting, bidding, and budget allocation based on data-driven insights

- Utilise data analysis tools, such as GA4/GTA, to gain insights into user behaviour, campaign attribution, and conversion tracking.
- Provide regular reporting on campaign performance and key metrics to internal stakeholders.
- Ensure paid activity is of a high standard and put processes in place to encourage efficiency and innovation
- Consistently educate and facilitate the education of the paid media team and wider agency on best-practice and techniques
- Work closely with junior members of the paid media team to ensure they are on top of their work, achieving objectives within the time allocated, and meeting deadlines
- Work with client services to communicate what activity is carried out and ensure they and the client are kept up to date on progress
- Work with the business development team to produce and attend pitches
- Provide senior supervision and strategic guidance for larger clients, demonstrating your expertise in the field
- Lead the team towards achieving client targets, fostering a culture of excellence
- Support and mentor the Paid team in effectively managing their teams
- Collaborate with Directors to identify growth prospects for clients, pushing for innovation and excellence
- Challenge Team to integrate expansion opportunities into client strategies across various channels
- Drive discussions with agency about media platforms regarding growth opportunities
- Take the lead in driving new initiatives and innovation within the Paid Media team

**Skills & Experience**:

- Experience in paid advertising management, with a focus on platforms such as Google/Meta/TikTok / Microsoft ads and a plus if you have DV360 programmatic experience
- In-depth knowledge of paid advertising strategies, best practices, and performance metrics
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in campaign setup, monitoring, and optimization
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
- Familiarity with GA4 and other data analysis tools

- Proven track record pitching and able to interpret a client brief to create and provide a response to achieve their objectives
- Good at building strong relationships with fellow team members and clients
- Good mentoring skills, able to mentor more junior members of the team across a variety of tasks to improve their knowledge
- Extensive experience in Paid Media, with a proven track record of driving successful campaigns and managing teams.
- Strong mentoring skills, capable of guiding a team towards success
- Exceptional communication and negotiation abilities, particularly when interacting with clients and media platforms.
