The purpose of the role is to support the operations manager with service delivery, this is a rare opportunity to work for a company that truly value their staff and have excellent facilities onsite.

**Responsibilities**:

- Support the Operations Manager in day-to-day duties.
- Provide administrative solutions.
- Perform general administration.
- Invoicing.Reconciliation functions.
- Provide support to customers and the Sales Team.
- Prepare specification packs.
- Deliver operational support and ensure compliance..
- Support and coordinate systems designs.

**Requirements**:

- Exceptional customer interaction skills.

- Good time management and able to meet deadlines.

Monday to Friday - 38 hours a week.
