Hybrid Property Manager - Theydon Bois (Working from home 3 days)
A strong, well-respected, successful and ambitious property firm are actively seeking to recruit an experienced Property Managers to join their team based in The Theydon Bois office two Days a week and three from home.
As a Property Manager you will be tasked with managing a large portfolio of residential lettings properties; delivering a fast, effective and professional service that we promise to deliver to our Landlords. The environment is fast paced and you need to beconscientious, hardworking and driven to produce results.
Responsibilities include but will not be limited to:

- Managing a property portfolio of private residential tenancies throughout South East London and Kent
- Liaising with landlords, tenants, tradesmen, service providers and professional advisors
- Liaising with lettings negotiators across The branch network
- Arranging and monitoring works and repairs
- Preparing tenancy agreements and statutory notices
- Carrying out property inspections and reporting to landlords
- Pursuing outstanding monthly rental payments
- Negotiating terms of tenancy renewals
- Mediating between landlords and tenants on any issues or disputes
- Handling tenancy deposit returns
- Recovery of rent arrears
- Service of notices, 21 and 8
- Some tenancy Progression
- Lodging deposits
- Referencing

The Successful Applicant will need to possess the following skills:

- Previous experience managing a property portfolio would be preferable.
- A team player with leadership potential
- Excellent communication skills and the initiative to problem solve
- Ambitious for career progression
- Highly organised
- Attention to detail
- An excellent communicator
- Knowledge of residential lettings legislation
- UK Driver’s Licence - Use of Pool car for Company business

Structured Training and support will be given and the opportunity to obtain a professional qualification with PropertyMark (previously ARLA) following successful training period.
The hours will be:
Monday to Friday 9.00am to 6.00pm
Salary range will be:
£27,000pa to £28,000pa
