We are on course to significantly transform the later living experience in the UK with a commitment to expand our portfolio to 34 retirement villages, which equates to around 5,000 age-appropriate homes for retirees.

You will be responsible for supporting the sales team by attracting potential buyers, qualifying leads, and corresponding with customers to make viable recommendations about Inspire Villages’ products and services, while enhancing Inspired Villages' proposition in the retirement sector. The role will suit a vibrant, confident and passionate individual who has the ability to work under pressure and excellent communication skills.

**The Role**
- Working in a small central team to handle all enquiries for current and new villages
- Developing a list of leads for the sales team to pursue by dealing with all verbal and written sales enquiries
- Qualifying all sales prospects and directing them to relevant villages
- Managing the COINS system at the early enquiry stage, for the sales team to progress once the visit is arranged
- Developing weekly reports to highlight sales enquiries and subsequent actions/results to establish sale conversion rates

**Key Requirements**:

- Previous experience in a sale and/or customer service role
- Brilliant networker with the ability to build rapport and spot an opportunity with ease
- Ability to develop strong working relationships and trust from stakeholder parties through regular liaison
- Proven track record of using CRM databases and or sales systems.

**Working Hours**:

- This is a full-time opportunity where the Customer Relations Adviser will work 37.5 hours per week; 5 over 7 days (9.00am till 5.00pm).
