**About Our Client**:
My client is a well established, reputable company that offers professional business service and advise to numerous business's.

**The key responsibilities**:

- Filing documentation, time recording and billing
- Provision of confidential, accurate and efficient support
- Reviewing documentation and providing feedback to clients in a professional and timely manner
- Assist in development of client template contracts of employment and HR policies
- Administrate OH referral processes, sending appropriate correspondence for the smooth progression of cases
- Provide support to the team and clients as directed
- Assist in production of information and reports
- Maintain a high level of client focus and professionalism

**The Successful Applicant**:

- Knowledge of, or an interest in employment and people management
- Developed experience in client management in a client focused environment
- Proven success within a multi service, client driven business
- Evidence of working effectively within a high pressure, deadline oriented environment
- Specific experience and success in an administrative role
- Proficient IT skills e.g. Excel, Word, Outlook
- Excellent communications skills (verbally and written)
