Roles and Responsibilities:
- Co-ordination of the Booking System for the Van Team to collect and deliver goods in an efficient manner
- Answering phone calls from Agencies, Clients, Donors and members of the public
- Complete all necessary administrative documentation and maintain accurate records relating to the work of the Charity and Trading Company
- Comply with all aspects of GDPR and confidentiality within the organisational policies
- Work alongside other team members and Volunteers to ensure that all tasks are completed
- Adhere to all Health and Safety and Fire Safety policies of the organisation
Hours of work:
Mon-Thurs 12.30 - 4.30pm
Fri 12.00 - 4.00pm
You will work closely with the Warehouse Manager overseeing the diary and that deliveries and collections are booked in efficiently with the Van Team. This includes working alongside a team of volunteers and ensuring that all tasks are completed to facilitate the smooth delivery of goods to clients.
You will also work closely with the Operations & Development Manager to ensure that incoming and outgoing stock is accounted for using Sage and other electronic software.
The individual we are looking for needs to have excellent organisational skills, flexibility and be capable of multi-tasking in a busy office environment. IT skills are essential and an attention to detail is extremely important.
