Working for a small, yet perfectly formed business on the Wirral, we are recruiting for an Accounts Assistant to join their team. It would suit someone who enjoys a varied role, as you'll be assisting with the general office administration as well as beingresponsible for day to day accounting.

**Title: Accounts Assistant**

**Hours: 30 hours per week (happy to consider 25 hours)**

**Salary: £22,000 per annum**

**Benefits: 20 days holiday plus bank holidays, pension**

**Location: Heswall**

**What you'll be doing**
- Taking payments using the systems and portals
- Using SAGE daily
- Liaising with customers and suppliers regarding any account queries
- Credit control - maintaining low levels of outstanding debts
- Processing invoices and handling any invoice queries
- Bookkeeping and financial accounts
- General office administration to support the team
- Payroll duties

**What experience you'll need?**
- Must have previous Accounts Assistant Experience
- SAGE experience - essential
- Competent using excel and MS office packages
- Good general knowledge of bookkeeping and financial accounts
- Organised
- Excellent customer service skills
- A team player
