**Salary: £22,000 pa**

**Are you an experienced and enthusiastic Administrative Assistant with great IT and communication skills?**

An excellent opportunity has arisen to join this successful St. James’s Place Partner Practice, who specialise in providing bespoke face-to-face financial advice to individuals and businesses throughout the UK.
It is an interesting and rewarding role that would suit a proactive, confident, and professional individual with a willingness to take on responsibility, and a real ‘eye for detail.’

**The Role: Administrative Assistant**

You will be working directly with the Practice Manager and other team members and undertake a wide variety of administrative tasks.
- You will be responsible for diary management, arranging, and preparing for client meetings, collating data for reports, illustrations, and portfolio reviews.
- You will be dealing with general enquiries, chasing providers for funds and information, and liaising with SJP back-office teams
- Managing the database of clients using Salesforce CRM you will be creating and updating records and accurately inputting information into the system
- Dealing with enquiries and correspondence from clients and providers and composing high quality responses where appropriate
- You will understand the importance of getting things right first time, so your attention-to-detail is second to none

Training will be given and there is scope within this role to progress and develop your knowledge

**The Person: Administrative Assistant**

To be considered for this role you will need:

- Proven work experience as an Administrator within an office environment. Financial Services experience is useful but not essential
- Excellent customer service and organisation skills, and be highly motivated with a great work ethic
- You will need the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines and be committed to delivering first-class service
- A strong working knowledge of Excel, Word, and other Microsoft Office Programs
- It is essential that you are confident in dealing with colleagues, third parties and can work with total discretion.
