Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers and ensuring their satisfaction with our products and services.

**Duties**:

- Analyse customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions or upsell additional products or services
- Maintain accurate and detailed customer records through data entry and documentation
- Provide excellent phone etiquette by answering calls promptly, professionally, and with a friendly demeanour
- Handle customer complaints or concerns with empathy and strive to find a satisfactory resolution
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience
- To provide support for the field-based sales force in customer related issues
- Administer order processing and fulfilment updates (delivery tracking)
- Customer database maintenance
- Supporting the sales, marketing, and distribution teams
- Running customer billing - checking, reviewing and processing credits and invoices
- Processing returns and quality checks

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Have experience of working within a customer service role (ideally within a similar B2B/B2C industry); managing/resolving customer complaints and building stakeholder relationships
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Demonstrate experience of working in a fast-paced environment
- Good level of numeracy and computer literacy including knowledge of Excel, Word and Outlook
- Knowledge of CRM or SAP systems an advantage
- Strong analytical skills to understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Be well organised with an eye for detail
- Demonstrate initiative
- Able and willing to multi-task while dealing with telephone enquiries
- Be confident on the telephone and to make outgoing calls etc.
- Ability to upsell products or services effectively
- Proficient in data entry and computer skills
- Ability to be adaptable and dynamic
- Good level of numeracy and computer literacy including knowledge of Excel and Word

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £26,000.00 per year
