Waiter/waitress and Trainee Barista

We are looking for a friendly, conscientious and team focused person to join our team on a full time basis. This position will eventually lead to the running of shifts once the appropriate training has been provided. As this role will require the serving and preparation of alcohol we are looking for someone over the age of 18.

Previous hospitality experience is not a requirement but would be helpful. Responsibilities will include serving customers, waiting on tables, walking and standing for long periods, cleaning, and adhering to food safety standards. Once training has been completed, you would be onto making coffees, overseeing junior members of staff, and cash handling.

We are open 7 days a week with shifts rotating between staff. You must be available to work weekends. There are no split shifts and it is mainly daytime hours. Although we are currently only open daytimes, we plan to start opening Thursday - Saturday evenings again and those evening shifts will rotate between staff once they resume. You would receive 28 days paid leave, meals on duty and 25% off food and drink when not on duty and on retail products.
