**Responsibilities**:

- Perform aluminum welding using various techniques such as MIG, TIG, and stick welding.
- Fabricate aluminum structures, components, and parts according to blueprints and specifications.
- Ensure high-quality welds and precise measurements to meet project requirements.
- Prepare aluminum materials for welding, including cutting, grinding, and shaping.
- Interpret engineering drawings and layouts to determine material requirements and welding specifications.
- Maintain welding equipment and tools in good working condition.
- Perform regular inspections and repairs to ensure safety and efficiency in the welding process.
- Inspect welded structures and components for accuracy, alignment, and structural integrity.
- Identify and rectify defects or imperfections in the welding process to meet quality standards.
- Adhere to safety protocols and procedures while operating welding equipment and handling materials.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment to minimize hazards and prevent accidents.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as an aluminum welder and fabricator, with a focus on aluminum welding techniques.
- Proficiency in MIG, TIG, and stick welding methods, with the ability to weld aluminum of various thicknesses.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and technical specifications.
- Knowledge of aluminum properties, alloys, and material handling techniques.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality workmanship.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot welding issues effectively.
- Physical stamina and dexterity to work in various positions and environments.
- Certification or training in aluminum welding and fabrication is preferred but not required.
