My client is an international electricity and gas company and one of the largest investor-owned Energy company in the world. They are currently looking for a Data Analyst for the Asset and Safety Team, on a 6-month contract based from home with twice per weekrequirement in the Warwick office.
**Role Purpose**:
The Asset and Safety Team, part of the wider Interconnector Operations Team, is responsible for ensuring the safety of our people and making sure every penny we spend on our assets at IFA1, IFA2 and NSL delivers maximum value. The team leads on defining therequirements of our assets and then aligns interventions to deliver performance in the most efficient way. We are also responsible for setting and executing the compliance and assurance frameworks for the interconnectors business, covering safety, health andenvironmental, quality and risk management.
The Associate Asset Data and Reporting Analyst is responsible for managing critical asset data within the UJV Interconnector businesses ensuring the integrity of data and compliance with industry standards. The role holder will own the process of detailed dataanalysis to provide insights into the effectiveness of our current asset strategies and present recommendations in order to improve the performance of the assets.
The role is critical to the commercial success of the interconnectors business and is the gate keeper for the asset management system. The role will also drive performance of the maintenance contracts at IFA1, IFA2 and NSL by providing contractual ManagementInformation (MI) to the management team.
Stakeholder management is a key aspect of the role.
**Key Accountabilities**:

- Responsibility for managing data within the Asset Management System (IBM Maximo), including Workbook collation and implementation, as well as implementing changes into the asset management system.
- Develop and manage KPI dashboards and interpret data to provide meaningful MI on which to report asset performance. Monitor the delivery of plans for performance, implementing corrective measures, where expectations are not being met.
- Act as Data Governor for the team, with a focus on ensuring the integrity of our data and compliance with industry standards.
- Support the end to end asset health assessment process for the effective and efficient management of interconnector assets, through efficient and clear reporting.
- Assist in the formulation and review of policies and procedures for key asset management functions to align activities with business objectives and legal compliance.

**Knowledge, Experience and Technical Know How**:

- Suitable technical/professional qualifications or equivalent on job professional experience

**Advantageous**:

- Good understanding of the asset base and relevant configurations, including their associated risks
- Background of working within an asset management role and its principles
- Knowledge of asset policies
