Partner Agent

Job Overview: We are seeking an experienced (ideally 2 years previous experience), dynamic and motivated Estate Agent to join our team. As an Partner Agent, you will be responsible for establishing and growing your own property sales and lettings business, through sale and rental property listings and guiding your clients through the process of buying, selling, or renting properties.

The role would suit someone wishing work under their own terms and hours and to have their own Estate Agency business, without the initial outlay of setting up an office. The role would entail working under the reputable branding of Newfield Estates but with no set hours. You would be running your business, your way

Access would be given to an established CRM system, an office base to work from as required/needed, access to lead generation and marketing tools, the ability to list on property portals such as Rightmove and On the market, training packages, mortgage and conveyancing referral systems to help increase your earning potential and being part of the Newfield Estates family.

To be successful in this role, you should have:

- A minimum of 2 years of experience in estate agency, preferably in both sales and lettings
- A valid UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
- A professional appearance and excellent communication skills
- A strong work ethic and a proactive attitude
- A good knowledge of the property market and the latest trends
