**The Recruitment Crowd are working with a well-established charity that are looking for Finance, Database and Fundraising Administrator based in Leeds City Centre**

**Job Purpose**:
This role is an integral part of the Fundraising team and

contributes directly to the long-term income generation strategy of the

charity.

**_ DBS ESSENTIAL_**

Working effectively as part of a small fundraising team, keeping accurate

records of income from individual donors, groups, organisations, and local businesses. Recording income raised through fundraising activities and appeals. Providing administration support and maintaining up to date records on our CRM Harlequin.

**Hours & Pay**:

- 20 hours a week - Flexible working hours
- £12.00 per hour

**Key Job Role Responsibilities and Main Tasks**:

- Keep accurate file records of financial documents and other related paperwork.
- Co-ordinate tours of the Crypt for supporters of the charity.
- Keep an accurate Daily Income record of all cash and cheques received.
- Record all financial movements on database system.
- Keep accurate record of Gift Aid declarations.
- Record, copy and scan mandate documents and link to database record.
- Monitor all online giving platforms.
- Assist with monitoring online fundraising pages.
- Data entry and database maintenance, ensuring records are amended as necessary.
- Add communications, scan documents and link to database records.
- Support fundraising colleagues with administration.
- Assist with enquiries, entries, ticket sales, ensuring all relevant information is recorded correctly.
- Work alongside colleagues to train and manage new and existing fundraising volunteers in the office.

**Essential Charity Wide**:

- DBS Cleared
- Safeguarding training
- Flexible attitude towards working arrangements.
- Professional attitude and approach

**Essential Job Role Specific**:

- Excellent communication skills both written and spoken.
- Good organisational skills with attention to detail
- Computer literate - good knowledge of Microsoft office programmes
- Experience of using a CRM system - capturing, recording, and interrogating data
- Understanding of financial procedures relevant to the post
- Flexible - required to work occasional evenings and weekends.

**Desirable**:
Experience of working in a fundraising environment.
