**Position**:
**JOB MISSION**
Be the UK face of Moët Hennessy Champagne Brands and share the magic of champagne Fuel excitement for the exceptional, world-renowned Moët Hennessy Champagne Brands: Moët & Chandon, Mercier, Veuve Clicquot, Ruinart, Dom Pérignon, Krug and Armand de Brignac. The role of the UK Champagne Ambassador will lead education, fuel advocacy and craft exceptional experiences around our Champagne portfolio. Supporting in the delivery of the UK short term commercial ambitions whilst elevating brand desire to futureproof for the long-term value creation.
**RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE ROLE**
Education: Train on Moet Hennessy Champagne brands
- Set up and deliver trainings on MH Champagne brands within the context of the competitive category, above and beyond Account Manager training
- Support hosting key customer events & trips to Maison
- Support Brand Teams to leverage Winemaker local market visits
- Support Brand Teams to launch new Vintages and Innovations
- Be a key deliverer in the internal education program at MHUK, working in collaboration with HR and the Spirits and Wines Ambassador.
**Experiences: Host consumer’s events**
- Deliver consumers tastings and events on Moet Hennessy Champagne Portfolio
- Craft exceptional Champagne experiences for consumers in partnership with relevant customers / partners (e.g. Moet & Chandon x Royal Ascot, Moet & Chandon Harrods Bar, Ascot Ruinart x Frieze London, Krug x Ambassade accounts)
- Support all D2C (Clos 19, Corporate, Retail, Private Sales, Sponsorships & Partnerships) teams by crafting Champagne Brand experiences for new and existing consumers / clients.
**Advocacy: Develop network in the trade**
- Develop & maintain a customer and trade influencer database
- Have ‘first-hand’ information and share it with commercial teams to leverage business opportunities and brand team to fuel deeper market understanding.
**Additional duties**
- Fulfil all internal reporting requirements. Supporting the Champagne Director and Brand Managers to deliver insightful reviews when needed.
- Establish and maintain an excellent, trustworthy relationship with key Maison (global team) stakeholders.
- Inspire, motivate, and maintain excellent working relationships with all cross-functional teams and external agencies to ensure timely excellence in delivery of agreed projects and follow-up on reporting of performance and key learnings.
- Be an excellent Ambassador of the MH values and custodian of the brand DNA and Tone of Voice.
**Profile**:
**Education & Qualifications**
- Bachelor or equivalent
- WSET level 3 or equivalent experience
- A first significant experience in Sales / Marketing / Hospitality
**Languages**
- Fluent English
**Key Skills & Knowledge**
- Excellent Champagne and Wines product knowledge
- Strong understanding of MHUK Champagne brands and luxury universe
- Existing knowledge & network within the UK hospitality sector: Hotels, Restaurants, Bars
- Good understanding of the Fine wine and wine trade
- Excellent presentation, storytelling, and public speaking skills
- Business acumen and astute to create and leverage opportunities
- Good organizational and time management skills
