**Key Responsibilities**:

- Be proactive and efficient in controlling customer service and agree and monitor customer expectations (keep customers informed and build trust)
- Build strong relationships with Account manager, customers and colleagues
- Report customer feedback to account manager
- Processing orders. (Exporting PDF into EXCEL format and using XLOOK up to pull through essential information.
- Administrate the order fulfilment process and pick notes and liaise with the Warehouse team for top customer along with route planning for driver and drop off points
- Achieving team related and personal KPI’s which will be hit consistently.
- Focused on success and great teamwork. You will also be driven to grow, attain and continuously improve our processes and standards for this account.
- Using excellent service skills to ensure that every customer is treated in a refreshingly straightforward way.
- Strong active listening skills.
- Excellent IT skills (essential in Excel and formatting), a quick learner with our bespoke internal programme, and using a CRM system to log all incoming calls.
- Enjoy working in a challenging environment.
- Motivated to achieve positive results and achieve targets.
