Pertemps are excited to be recruiting for Administrators for one of our clients based in Sheffield
Your role will involve general administration duties as detailed below:
**Position**:

- To e?ciently process inbound and outbound written communications
- Maintain case management system with a range of types of updates
- Opening post and then scanning and distributing to other teams
- Admin support for other team members
- Processing legal documentation
- Completing client instructions on accounts as per their requests
- Updating accounts with payments when notified of receipt (both manually and via import), and processing cheques
- Providing advice to clients regarding the suitability of accounts for legal action, and progressing updates given by High Court Enforcement Officers
- Preparing and posting payment slips to customers and updating central records with details of those sent
- Assessing returned post and returned legal documentation and updating accounts accordingly
- Importing of new business referrals to our case management system
- Importing of various data into our case management system, such as updates from suppliers

**Requirements:**:

- Great written and verbal communication skills
- Self-motivation and an ability to manage your own workload
- Problem solving and decision-making abilities
- Accuracy and strong attention to detail
- The ability to work quickly and accurately
- IT skills - using Outlook, Excel and Word

**Other information:
**Your rate of pay will be £10.50 per hour.
You will be required to work from the office Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week.**
The role is only temporary for around 2-3 weeks.
