**Sales Progressor**

**Full-time. Permanent.**

**Purpose**

This role is to ensure the sales progress efficiently in order to meet targets and to assist the branch in maintaining the high level of customer service we have.

**Accountable to**

Area Manager

**Essential Skills/Qualities**

Sales Progression experience

High level of literacy and numeracy (Grade B minimum)

IT Skills

Organisation skills

Attention to detail/accuracy

**Additional or specific skills that would be an advantage**

Full clean driving licence

Telephone skills

**Key Responsibilities**

Daily chasing of the sales pipeline and updating vendors and buyers

Obtain Solicitor and Mortgage referrals

Invoices for sales fees

Reporting sheets

Memorandums of sale

Sales File compliance

Organise for Sale boards to be erected and taken down as necessary

Viewings if required

Prospecting

Plus any other duties which may be required from time to time

oProactive and highly motivated

oOrganised

oAble to work under pressure top deadlines

40 hours per week generally worked 9.30 - 5.30 Monday to Friday to include 30-minute lunch break and 1 Saturday in three 9.30 to 1.00pm
