**Senior Software Developer / Engineer London / WFH to £100k**

Are you a Java technologist looking to work on complex and interesting systems whilst progressing your career in a hands-on Senior Software Developer role?

You could be joining a growing tech company as they expand their UK tech hub.

You'll be collaborating with a highly talented team to build a hugely successful SaaS platform that enables large corporate clients to manage AGMs, proxy and shareholder voting; the systems are large and complex with many technical challenges.

As a Senior Software Developer you will design and develop new features on the platform and help to drive the ongoing transition from a monolith to microservices environment hosted on AWS. You'll be an advocate of best practice with quality, performance,scalability and security of system components front of mind.

**WFH Policy**:
You can work from home most of the time, meeting with colleagues in the London office once a week (or as often as you like).

**Requirements**:

- You're a skilled backend Java Developer with Spring and microservices experience
- You have a good knowledge of AWS
- You have a good understanding of data modelling RDBMS, SQL and ORMs
- You're collaborative, enjoy problem solving, learning and sharing knowledge
- Experience with Kafka and Kotlin would be great but not essential
