A well-established independently owned Estate and Lettings Agency, with offices in Tonbridge and Tunbridge Wells, seek a **Property Manager** to join the Lettings Team.
In order to be successful you will need to be dynamic, self-motivated and articulate to liaise with clients at all levels.
The company offers a competitive basic salary, working within a small and friendly team in a convenient location.
**Working hours**
- Monday to Friday 9.00am to 5.30pm
- Option of working every or every other Saturday 9.00am - 4.00pm with a day off in lieu if preferred.
**Duties will include, but are not limited to**:
- The use of our property management software (MRI Qube) on a daily basis
- You will be the point of contact for clients, leaseholders and contractors
- You will be required to develop a detailed knowledge of each of the properties and build a strong rapport with clients to foster trust and confidence
- To undertake the efficient and effective management of the allocated residential properties, ensuring the very best service is delivered to our Clients at all times
- Your focus will be to ensure repairs and maintenance works are carried out to a satisfactory standard
- You will also be expected to arrange and carry out property visits and site inspections
- To ensure our Clients are fully informed of and comply with all legal obligations under current tenancy legislation
**The Person - Ideally you will**:
- Possess a solid track record to date in property management
- Have a professional approach and appearance
- Be able to handle and resolve difficult/sensitive issues or disputes
- Have some experience in people management
- ARLA or NFOPP qualification preferred but not essential
- Possess excellent communication skills
- Be a team player
- Demonstrate a good understanding of a strong customer focus
- Be required to use your own initiative, be able to work under pressure and to deadlines and have excellent interpersonal skills
- Possess high computer literacy skills
- Hold a full and clean driving license
**Salary**
- £26-30,0000 dependant on experience
- Car park space provided.
