We are looking for a **Senior College Services Advisor** to join our team.

As a Senior College Services Advisor within the team, you will be responsible for supporting the aims of the College Services team, by providing oversight and leading or supporting the day-to-day functions of the team to ensure excellent service, student support, and the effective and efficient administration of all processes and procedures. The College Services team plays a vital role covering all aspects of the student life cycle, from pre-arrival to progression to university. The team provides support across a range of areas, including student wellbeing, academic and quality assurance, student progression, compliance, and administration.

**What you’ll bring to the role**
- Ability to deliver excellent customer service skills yourself, and ideally encourage this in others.
- High level of verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interest in working in education and in particular with international students.
- Experience in supporting the wellbeing and safeguarding of international students.
- Confident with IT, in particular Microsoft Excel (ideally with an ability to work with formulae, VLOOKUP and pivot tables).
- Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage time effectively.
- Willingness to work flexibly.
- Experience of working as part of a team to achieve goals, ideally with some experience of having led activities or teams.
- Attention to detail and demonstrable understanding of the importance of confidentiality.
- Ability to take initiative.
