**Waste Compliance Coordinator**

Fresh People are currently recruiting for a Compliance Coordinator for our client an Organic Waste and Biomass recycling business.This role would allow you an opportunity to gain experience in the biowaste sector, building a good working knowledge of how processes work and what laws and requirements would apply.
- Assisting with developing systems and processes, conducting audits and investigate issues.
- Develop quality records and standardisation across the business.
- Complete appropriate reports and returns.
- Involvement with developing ways to record and monitor the ongoing progress in improving compliance as a business.
- Importantly, you should be keen to use your own initiative with oversight of the wider team to solve problems and highlight opportunities.

**Salary**: £30,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
