- BT’s approach to its consumer distribution channels is going through a major transformation - investing in driving digital growth, delivering world class propositions for new and existing customers. To enable this, building a commercial strategy to protect and grow margin, as well as supporting our cost base reduction ambitions, will be crucial.- This role leads analysis to support commercial performance for BT's Digital channels. It formulates financial models and analytics to support commercial decision making.**What you’ll be doing**
- Responsible for building reporting, analysis and insights to support Trading managers
- Responsible for utilising insights and reporting to develop deep analysis on channel performance
- Maintain reporting on KPIs / dashboard for distribution / digital commercial performance
- Provide analytical support to commercial managers for development of trials and endorsement of commercial decisions
- Input to commercial decisions and recommendations across Finance, Operational Channels, Marketing and Digital
- Communicate the Commercial strategy to key stakeholders around the business
- Understanding performance of key partners and competitors in the UK telco market and the implications for BT Consumer

**Skills and experience you’d be expected to have**
- Experience of analysis to support investment and business cases
- Knowledge of budgets, forecasting and planning
- Ability to make fast decisions often without complete information
- Knowledge of customer trends across telecoms, operations technology and electronics sectors
