This is a new role at our Ware office for an organised person who likes to work in a team.

The job is about keeping our clients happy with their equipment and ensuring new starters are ready to hit the ground running on their first day.You will be the first point of contact for any equipment going in or out.

**Are you the right person for us?**
- Previous administration experience
- You will be a team player who enjoys using your hands and organising spaces
- You must be IT literate and be able to work a spreadsheet
- You are happy to work independently and enjoy helping others
- Previous experience is not essential however this would be an advantage

**What will your role as a Stores Administrator look like?**
- Keep a detailed account of outgoing/ingoing stock, both booking in/out on accounting system (Exchequer) and also via stock spreadsheets (both internal and customer facing)
- Organise stock by client/customer, ensure clear labelling for ease of access
- Collaborating with the builds team to ensure any equipment is built and ready to ship in advance of new starter dates.
- Locating the necessary equipment from stores and making sure builds are on track with the SLA.
- Allocating the relevant information must be put into the DPD portal for shipping and the customer must be informed of any delivery details
- Organising returns of leavers/faulty devices.
- Receiving requests from service desk, liaising with end user to arrange a suitable date for collection and then logging all equipment and its status on relevant stock sheets
- Arranging warranty returns with suppliers
- Keeping the stores room clean and tidy (clearing away unneeded packaging etc)
- Liaise with client managers about incoming stock/arranging deliveries to relevant locations per their requests
