Office Administrator

A rare opportunity to join the team of a small family run established business in Kinross.
We are looking for a hard working, proactive, reliable person to join our team who is willing to learn and has ambition to progress to a more managerial position within the company in the future.
You will be working alongside 2 other members of clerical staff managing most areas of the business to ensure its smooth and efficient operation. You should be willing to carry out some light manual work as the role is very varied, predominately administrative duties but occasionally being involved with management of stock, assisting with deliveries etc.
**Required Skills & Attributes**:
Excellent communication skills, be punctual, reliable, and trustworthy.
Minimum 2 years office experience with knowledge of Microsoft Office.
High standard of customer care.
Organised and efficient and able to work using your own initiative.
**Desirable skills**:
Knowledge of the plumbing and heating or construction industry.
Experience of using Quickbooks.
Knowledge of the local Kinross area.
**Benefits**:
28 days paid holiday per year
Paid 30 minute lunchbreak daily
**Salary**: £17,680.00-£25,000.00 per year
