Elite Care Agency Ltd are looking for a Care Liasion Officer.

You will need to be living in or around the Salisbury, Wiltshire Area.

We are looking for a dynamic, forward thinking person, who will be enthusiastic towards the team members and encourage a good moral within the team. You must be a strong person who is willing to negotiate when team members request any changes to hours, etc making the decision based on what would be meeting the requirements of the business and be able to mediate with staff members if any problems/disputes arise.

Main duties will include;
- Assist the Managing Director in the smooth day to day running of the business
- Deputise for the Managing Director if she is away from her desk
- Assist the Managing Director with verbal and non-verbal communication with staff, service users, etc
- Attend meetings as necessary with or on behalf of the Managing Director
- To oversee the admin team and Care Co-Ordinator
- To manage the staffing of the office and to cover for holidays
- To use our scheduling program for the carers workload
- To manage and undertake current staff appraisals and oversee any disciplinary action
- Oversee and monitor medication audits and month end reporting
- Manage the recruitment, employment and retention of staff
- Manage and hold team meetings on a regular basis
- Oversee staff training - including online courses, training matrix
- Understand and ensure compliance with the National Standards set by Care Quality Commission (CQC)
- Deal with any complaints from clients/carers and deal with them appropriately
- To liaise with other professionals; GPs, District Nurses, Mental Health Team
- To be part of the oncall out of hours rota on a weekend in 4 and 1 night a week.
- But to work with the Managing Director to keep stability in the Business, when not around.

**Salary**: From £22,500.00 per year
