Customer Fulfilment Administrator

Grace & Green are a rapidly growing company in the sustainability and wellness sector. We produce ethically made, plastic-free period products and provide period education and awareness.
We're looking for an efficient, organised administrator to help with fulfillment and packing in our Bristol office.
**The role**
Working from our small fulfilment centre in the centre of Bristol, you will be involved in a variety of activities. These will include processing orders in the system, picking and packing orders for our wonderful customers, stock management (counts, keeping tidy, ordering) and arranging collections with our delivery partners. We send orders to both consumers and to corporates and we care about accuracy and efficiency to give them the best experience possible.
You'll sometimes be working with others and sometimes by yourself, reporting to our Fulfilment Manager.
We are an enthusiastic team, passionate about making period products available to all.
Our usual hours are Monday to Friday 9 am - 5 pm, however due to the nature of the role, we may occasionally need you to cover weekends or after hours.
