**Enviroflow**, a member of **RSK Group Ltd** is currently seeking an **Operational Admin Assistant** to join the finance team on a **part time, permanent **basis to support our growing business. This will be a 24 hour a week position with flexible working hours **office based** in our **Birstall, Leeds **office.

Enviroflow is a leading provider of drainage services working with a range of local authorities, utility companies, industrial and private customers, and highway authorities. Enviroflow is looking to expand its office team to assist with various admin duties due to the growth of the business.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Provide office support to the employees and clients
- Keeping well-organised files and records in the office as well as electronically
- Answer the phone and transfer to the relevant department and make outbound calls
- Book and manage training requirements
- Daily use of Microsoft Office and other IT packages
- Processing and recording of timesheet data to support both payroll and project costs allocation

**Person Specification**
- Excellent communication skills
- Flexible attitude and approach
- Team player and able to work on own initiative
- Good IT skills, accurate data entry
- Relevant experience in finance administration

**Salary and Benefits**
- Salary Details - £25,000 - £27,500 per annum depending on experience
