**Warehouse Coordinator**

We are recruiting for a Warehouse Coordinator for our client based in Batley on a temporary to permanent basis.

This position is to support an area of the Charitable organisation assisting within the Warehouse and also providing an administrative support function to their events/festivals department.

Key Responsibilities
- Liaising with staff, trainees & volunteers
- Management of product supply, storage inventory systems and sales within a large warehouse environment
- You will demonstrate high levels of commerciality & be an effective role model.
- To support all operations within the Batley Warehouse including but not restricted to product sort, stock movement, inventory storage, Festivals & eCommerce
- To work with your manager to deliver daily, weekly, monthly & annual KPI’s, targets & budgets.

You will demonstrate
- Excellent verbal & written communication skills with the ability to engage with staff & large teams of trainees & volunteers
- Good time management skills & have the ability to manage often conflicting priorities

Desirable
- Understanding of CRM systems
- Experienced of working in a large warehouse/ecommerce operation

The hours of work will be between 0800 - 1700 (36 hours per week)
