An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Finance Assistant to join our Finance department in Southampton. This is an administrative role which requires an individual to process transactions with an organised approach in a fast-paced high-volume environment.

**Responsibilities**:

- Raising Monthly Billing and Credit Notes, in a timely and accurate manner.
- Raising Engagement letters in a timely and accurate manner.
- Undertaking investigations on behalf of clients and internal stakeholders.
- Resolving UK and international billing queries.
- Supplier reconciliations and payment run preparation.
- Provide information to management and other departments.
- Assist in the month end reconciliations under the supervision and support of line management.

**Skills, knowledge, and experience**:

- AAT Student desirable but not essential.
- Experience in working in a high-volume admin environment essential.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Good attention to detail.
- Organised and proven ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Experience with Sage 200 desirable.
- Experience with MS office, particularly Excel and Word essential.
