We have a job vacancy for a Compliance Administrator to facilitate the movement, control, re-naming and organisation of documents and files related to the compliance function of the business.**Main Purpose of Role**:
Facilitate the movement, control, re-naming and organisation of documents and files related to the compliance function of the business.

**Main Responsibilities**:

- Performing tasks related to the organisation and re-naming of documents and files including drawings, marketing materials and test reports
- Creating storage architecture to facilitate the above at the direction of and in close co-operation with compliance team members
- Providing feedback on potential issues encountered in the organisation process, with focus upon issues that may provide functionality or access issues for the wider business
- Responsible for following all company procedures and policies in line with our compliance management system and to report any concerns of noncompliance immediately
- Responsibility for taking reasonable care of yourself and others who may be affected by your actions or omissions. You must follow all instructions and training given to you and ensure compliance with all safety policies and procedures at all times

**Qualifications**:
A-Level qualification or relevant experience in use of standard IT packages including MS Sharepoint, MS Word, MS Excel, Adobe PDF viewer
