**We are hiring**

Spennymoor Town Football Club are looking for a kitchen-competent individual to join our Hospitality Team, operating within our hospitality settings at The Brewery Field and around the ground on a matchday.

You will be required to assist with basic cooking and cleaning tasks in a fast-paced kitchen environment, on a matchday and through the week, contributing to our community meals project.

This is an hourly paid role.

Personal specification:

- Proactive thinker that can make decisions on their own
- A hardworking individual
- Experience in a working kitchen of a similar nature
- A detailed knowledge of all aspects of a working kitchen including basic food hygiene and Health & Safety
- Able to follow basic recipes confidently and competently
- Attention to detail and pride in the cleanliness of their work area
- Able to work and lead a team
- Greet and interact with customers with a friendly, helpful manner
- Work and communicate efficiently in quick-service area.

Level 2 in Food Safety and Hygiene desirable.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 0-16 per week

**Salary**: £10.00 per hour

- Spennymoor, DL16 6JN: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
