** NEW ROLE AVAILABLE ** Due to an increase in workload, our client, one of the UK’s leading manufacturers of access, storage and manual handling equipment currently requires a **Powder Coater** to join their team based in Redditch. This opportunity will potentially lead to a permanent contract after the completion of a successful trial period.

**Duties/responsibilities;**
- Prime responsibility is to powder coat all product evenly, to an exceptional standard so that our reputation for flawless finish quality is achieved
- Loading and offloading product from the track as and when required
- Ensuring the powder coating booth and spray guns are cleaned and maintained at the end of each shift
- Monthly booth maintenance
- Complete weekly checklist for the coating plant, ensuring powder stock levels are monitored and communicated

**Working hours;**
- Monday to Thursday - 07.45 - 16.45
- Fridays 07.45 - 12.45

**Pay rate;**
- £12.50 per hour

**Overtime;**
- Overtime paid at time and a half after 39 hours, paid at £18.75 per hour
