You will work in a customer-focused, feedback-rich, open and informal environment where you will help develop our customer base in Foodservice, Fish Merchant and Food Manufacturing sectors.

You will be a part of the sales team which entails building long-term customer partnerships, dealing with various customer-related issues, making commercial decisions, participating in cross-functional project teams and being able to take on your own project responsibilities.

You will be entrepreneurial, proactive and have an eagerness to work for a professional and international organization with interesting career opportunities.

**KEY ACTIVITIES**:

- Manage day-to-day customer relationships across Food service and wholesale channels for continued growth
- Working cross functionally with our Logistics team and Logistics provider to ensure smooth day to day business operations
- Entry of customer orders into the company Sales Order Processing system and resolving any issues arising, providing fast, effective solutions
- Working closely with purchasing team on sales forecasting and closely monitoring stocks to maximize customer service levels and stock levels
- Identify target areas to develop new business with existing clients/customers, creating new business opportunities
- Promotional planning and implementation of new and existing products, taking these to launch through current and new marketing channels
- Accountable for achieving budgeted sales of consumer goods to key customers
- Provide innovative suggestions when reviewing processes and procedures
- To plan and arrange customer visits, prepare corporate presentations and organize product samples

**Competencies**:

- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
- Experience with dealing with Fish & Seafood would be a huge benefit to obtaining the position.
- Proven track record of networking and building successful relationships at all levels.
- Formal food related qualifications would be beneficial.
- Strong negotiation and influencing skills; ability to close deals.
- Full Driving License
