**Compliance Vice President - Employee Conduct - 6 month contract**

Investigo are currently supporting one of our global Investment Banking clients recruit a VP within their Employee Conduct compliance team for a 6 month maternity cover (strong likelihood to be extended beyond the initial 6 month period).

You will be working in their Glasgow office location. They work on a hybrid basis and spend 2 days per week in the office and 3 days working from home.

The main purpose of the employee conduct team is to have responsibility for the oversight of employee conduct across the bank, including the escalation and recording of breaches, personal investment and outside affiliations (Personal Account Dealing), licensingand registrations, SMCR, mandatory block leave, conflicts of interest etc. The team would be similar to that of a Central Compliance function within another bank.

You will be joining this team as a leader and will be responsible for line management of 3 direct reports at AVP level, the team is quite self-sufficient in terms of running the day to day BAU activities necessary within the team. Within your role you willbe responsible for supporting with queries and escalations, as well as making sure that work and projects are on track and managing the team as a whole to make sure that deliverables are achieved efficiently and on time.

The team support a number of projects across the bank including updating and implementation of new systems and customer journeys. Good project management leadership skills are a must and having a data analytics or good data skill set background would alsobe highly advantageous. You will also need to have a very strong risk and controls background.
