**1:1 Teaching Assistant Position**

**Romano Education is currently recruiting on behalf of a respected primary school in Great Eccleston, Lancashire.**

Are you a dedicated and compassionate individual looking to make a difference in the lives of young learners? Our client, a reputable primary school in Great Eccleston, is seeking a motivated 1:1 Teaching Assistant to support a student in Reception starting on Monday, 15th April.

**Position**: 1:1 Teaching Assistant
**Type**: Full-time, Temporary
**Location**: Great Eccleston, Lancashire
**Salary**: £14.55 per hour

**Role Overview**:

- As a 1:1 Teaching Assistant, you will provide individualized support to a student in Reception, helping them to access the curriculum and achieve their full potential.
- You will work closely with the class teacher and SENCO to implement personalised learning strategies and interventions tailored to the student's needs.
- This role offers a rewarding opportunity to make a positive impact on the educational and personal development of a young learner.

**Requirements**:

- Relevant experience working as a Teaching Assistant or in a similar support role, preferably within a primary school setting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish positive relationships with students, colleagues, and parents.
- Patience, empathy, and a genuine desire to support the learning and well-being of children.
- Flexibility and adaptability to meet the evolving needs of the student and the school environment.
- A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
