**Context**:
CBRE as the Management Services Provider, are accountable and responsible for the overall Facilities Management and Performance management across a portfolio of office environments, including engineering maintenance, both PPM and reactive, small project works, Moves, Adds & Changes, capital replacement programmes, fabric, cleaning, reception, front of house, meeting room management, concierge, mail room, pest control, helpdesk and catering services.

**Job Purpose**:
Responsible for updating and maintaining space plans and cost centre allocations on customer’s Integrated Workplace Management System - Tririga, and Room/seat booking system - Reserve, for the EMEA region.

To provide space planning and CAD support for MAC (Moves, Adds, Changes), and Project requirements.

**Key Responsibilities**:
To update and maintain the ‘Tririga’ CAD tool for the EMEA region:
Respond to Tasks generated in the system for the EMEA region, from FMs, MAC and Space Planners.

Carry out updates to AutoCAD drawings and upload to the system.

Update cost centre allocations, ensuring spaces are set correctly with valid cost centres, proration/chargeback, and Reserve status.

Liaise with customer and FM contacts to resolve any queries on tasks raised.

Amend Architect‘s CAD drawings and polyline & link in Tririga, and assign cost centres for new buildings to upload to system in support of specific projects.

Carry out reporting within the system as required, including issue of reports to FM contacts to help with bi-monthly occupancy walks.

Assist with Space Verification exercises; ensuring plans are promptly updated to assist with this process.

Carry out surveys of UK sites from time to time, and as required, to ensure plans in system are accurate.

To update and maintain plans & record updates in the company ‘Reserve’ Web based booking system.

To identify and agree customer requirements, and to provide accurate and to-scale CAD drawings relevant to the client requirements (furniture layouts, CAFM drawings and office layouts).

Provide reviews, reports and test-fits, as required on available office space and occupied square footage to enable analysis of space utilisation, as well as checks on data accuracy.

Additional assistance and support as required to support the FM and MAC team on service delivery, including surveys, furniture/asset management, and coordination of move activity.

Communicate reliably with the Client ensuring, requests are responded to and problems resolved effectively.

Liaise with Client, Facilities Managers, and key stakeholders as required to obtain and verify records.

In the provision of the duties the following should be considered:

- industry best practice, client policy on space standards and planning, security, health & safety, use of IT, fire regulations, disability discrimination legislation and the client’s initiatives in respect of flexible working.

**Qualifications**:
Educated to national level 2 e.g. GCSE grades A-C

**Experiences**:
Experience of space planning in a corporate environment.

Well-developed drawing skills on computer aided design software platforms.

Knowledge of Space Management online systems is of benefit, although specific training for Tririga will be provided.

Effective communication skills.

Customer focused.

**Skills**:
Well-developed IT skills across the Microsoft Office suite, and particularly with MS Excel.

Excellent written and verbal communication.

Excellent time management and organisational skills.

Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines.

**Attributes**:
Self-motivated.

Good at managing workload and prioritising.

Focused on detail and accuracy.

Enjoys working with AutoCAD, Excel and Space Management systems.

Good communicator, able to stay calm when under pressure.
