This role can be done across 3 or 4 days per week. We do need you to come into our office in Lichfield to meet the teams and deliver face to face training and development and get to know who we are. This role focuses on one of the key pillars of our business, as well as all that you'd expect to find in a growing digital agency.

You'll run our talent management scheme to help us unleash the power of our talented people, giving us a structured approach to learning and development. Continually develop our competency frameworks, career pathways and succession planning across the business.

This is an exciting role to join our leadership team with a focus on developing the talent within the agency. You will be delivering growth for our talented people, and developing them to be the best, most engaged employees they can, whilst delivering exceptional service for our clients.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Maximise the value driven from our training budget
- Coach, challenge and develop the skills of our managers to support them with their team’s development
- Run the talent management scheme with a structured approach to learning and development, whilst continually developing competency frameworks, career pathways and succession plans in line with industry enhancements
- Develop a comprehensive view and understanding of all skills requirements
- Develop an ongoing programme to deliver skills and training
- Support in the retention of clients through developing the skills within the agency to better service and manager our client base, such as handling difficult conversations, time management, client handling skills, project management skills and coordinating the delivery of digital channel skills training
- Support client acquisition and growth through the development of the soft skills required to do this across the agency such as pitching skills and presentation skills.
- Work with our Head of HR and Operations to improve employee NPS and Best Companies scores
**Essential Skills and Experience**
- Extensive experience working in a talent development or learning and development role
- Able to evidence the positive impact on employee engagement
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience delivering employee training programmes
- Brilliant at influencing employees at all levels to support your strategies
- A relevant qualification in Human Resources
**Desired Skills and Experience**
- A qualification in coaching
- Experience working in an agency environment
- A practitioner of DISC or Myers-Briggs
